Personality: Perverted and absent minded. He is difficult to anger due to the altered state of mind he is usually in. He spends most of his time in...meditation...and uses special herbs in those meditations. Despite all of that he is cunning in battle and can find new ways of using his powers in even the most stressful situations.

Psychic Powers
Move: He can move any object with his mind. The larger the object the more concentration it takes for him to move it.

Change: Can change any object to look like any other object that he has seen. This only lasts about 24 hours and then the object changes back into its original form.

Suggestion: He can enter the minds of anyone by looking into their eyes and plant lies into their mind. The stronger the will of the victim the easier it is for them to resist. He can also control the minds of other weak minded people.

Future Sight: He has visions of the future. He can not control this power and never knows when he will have a vision. These visions are also not definite as the future is always changing. These visions only show him the most likely future at that particular time.

Track: He can track the brain waves of any being that he has come into contact with up to a distance of between 1 and 100 miles depending on the strength of the persons mind.

Sage Spells
Mask: Using his staff or a sutra as a conduit he can mask the spiritual pressure of any person. When using his staff it masks all people withing 100 yards of himself. When using a sutra he masks the person the sutra is attached to only and only if he is within 1 mile of that person.

Sage Seal: Using this spell he creates a string of beads that he wears as a necklace. He then slowly adds his spiritual pressure to these beads and they store it within themselves. When he breaks this seal all the spiritual pressure built up enters him and he can use it for his other spells or sutras.

Sage Barrier: He can create a barrier around himself for 10 feet that none can enter or leave without his permission as long as they don't have a high spiritual pressure. The distance is increased to 100 feet when using the proper sutra.

Sage Healing: He can uses his spiritual power to heal himself or others of impurities such as poisons or other foreign substances. This does not heal physical damage such as cuts.

All sutras can be uses by others with spiritual powers.

Masking Sutra: uses this sutra to mask the spiritual pressure of others.

Purification Sutra: Purifies the spirit of whoever it touches as long as they have less spiritual pressure then he does. On hollows this destroys them as if they were destroyed by a zanpakuto. On Shinigami and Humans it only works if their spiritual pressure is corrupted by an outside force and then it simply corrects the corruption.

Barrier Sutra: Creates a barrier around a 100 foot area that stops any with low to medium spiritual pressure from getting in or out without the casters permission. The caster is whoever uses the sutra.

Staff: His staff is used as a conduit for his spiritual abilities. His sage spells are all stronger when he has his staff.

Character History:
Hishitsu grew up in a monastery in Tibet until he was 16. When his psychic powers developed the other monks called him an abomination and banished him from the monastery. He traveled around Tibet killing hollows and helping people until he was 20 in an attempt to regain the other monks favor.

At age 21 he decided to travel to Japan and live his life how he saw fit, seeing then that even though the monks were wrong, that he did not belong there. His personality was not like other monks.

Once he was in Japan Hishitsu went to Karakura town because of its heightened spiritual activity. There he wanders the town, helping spirits move on, performing exorcisms, killing hollows and otherwise helping others however he can...when he isn't off doing his own thing.
