Appearance: His normal appearance is close to his speed form in body structure but is retty much what Herman looked like at 15. His hair is blonde however and his sideburns are black and his eyebrows are brown. The hair on his arm if looked at closely is clear, but mostly doesn't look like its there or that its white. His skin is pale. His eyes are silvery but has tinges of blue and red depending on lighting. In the dark it glows red, in good lighting depending on how the light reflect off of it is blue.

Personality: Fun loving and childish, he may be intelligent but is still technically at 5 mentally, doesn't know right from wrong so his fun may be dangerous for others.

Specialty: Varies based on form, a bit of martial arts

Powers: Shapeshifting- ability to change forms, he also has different human forms that basically changes his body type.
Strength form- A human form focusing on strength, extremely muscular, he is slow in the form but has the best endurance and most destructive physical attacks. He uses reiatsu as a shell in this form to help his boost his defense/endurance and his strength, it als heals minor wounds and helps blood clot faster when exposed so he doesn't bleed as much.
Speed form- A human form that increases his speed. His body becomes thinner and more streamlined. Reiatsu is mostly centered on his legs and lower body to help increase his speed and even jumping height. When fighting he centers most of his attacks on his legs and uses speed to deal damage. According to Dr. Herman Furst Helmstein, Wil's "father", he could make afterimages and even dopplegangers with this power if he reached full potential. Wil just thinks "its funny that the people with the funny blue uniforms can't catch him even in the metal things with wheels"
Mind form- This is when he is most intelligent, this power allows him to read other's minds, shield his mind from others. He also gains the ability to shoot bursts of reiatsu at his opponents. He is more closer to his "father's" current body frame in this form, seemingly weak physically.
Animal forms- Transforms into other animals and uses their instinct and specialties.
He also has ability to see in dark due to multiple transformations and most of them being able to see in dark and that he was raised in a dark room.
His "father" wants him to learn more of his power to try and combine certain aspects of his forms.

Character History: Wil was "born" in a giant test tube. Cloned from Dr. Herman Furst Helmstein, Wil considered him his father.He spent most of his first year unconcious in a giant tube with wires and other tubes in him to make sure he was stable and he had powers and etc. He spent three years afterward learning his powers which he spent in a dark room. Herman never helped him because he thought Wil was a failure only looking slightly like him. For the last year he resembled more and more like Herman as he developed more and he was brought outside to train his body more and to be taught effective ways to fight, most of this was done under the guise that it was fun. It is now time for the hunt and Wil is excited because he gets to have more fun than before.
